Alright.  Today we’re hitting some of the basics of self-coaching, figuring out how to tell the difference between the facts in our story and our thoughts in our story.  This is the first and most important skill to master in being able to start moving towards a more healthy emotional life and being in control of our emotions and how much drama we experience.
